Black Templars: Emperor's Champion

The Black Templars are a Loyalist Space Marine division. Being direct descendants of the Imperial Fists and their primarch, Rogal Dorn. They can be traced back to the Imperial Fists' defence of Terra during the Horus Heresy.

The Black Templars have since been on the longest crusade the Imperium of Man has ever known to prove their loyalty to the Emperor. They do not comply with the Codex Astartes Chapter and maintain a very different Chapter structure and culture than most Adeptus Astartes members do.

Black Templars may receive a vision from the Emperor on the eve of battle, instructing them to defeat the enemy's strongest fighters in single combat. These Space Marines are granted the Armour of Faith and the Black Sword, powerful and ancient weapons of the Chapter, and are named the Emperor's Champion. They then ruthlessly commit heinous acts of violence on their enemies.

The kit is comprised of 13 plastic components, with which you can assemble one Emperor's Champion, and is supplied with one Citadel 40mm round base.
