Loyalty Program Information

 

For every purchase you make, you will be rewarded with a number of Loyalty Points. This is just one of the ways we like to say thanks for shopping with us and hope you'll visit us again soon. To earn Loyalty Points you will need to create a Wayland Games Account and be logged in when you place your order.

After placing an order with us, you receive a reward based on the total price of your purchases (minus shipping and any coupons redeemed). The amount of Loyalty Points gained is displayed on each product page and added to your shopping cart summary.

For every £1 you spend, you earn 1 Loyalty Point, equal to the value of £0.01.

So if you bought a product worth £55, you would be rewarded with 55 Loyalty Points. That's the equivalent of £0.55.

Similarly, if you bought a product worth £110, you would be rewarded with 110 Loyalty Points which is the equivalent of £1.10. When you consider how much you spend on wargames throughout the year, just think how many Loyalty Points you could be earning to put toward your next purchase!

Q: How can I redeem my loyalty points?

A: Loyalty points are automatically added to your account once your order has been shipped. After points have been added to your account, you can then use them to create vouchers to put towards your next purchase. You’ll have the opportunity to use the voucher once created, before you checkout.

Q: Where do I find my loyalty points balance?

A: After logging into your account, you will find your loyalty points balance via your account dashboard, under the “My rewards account” section. Once in this section, you will also be able to redeem your points to create vouchers, which can be put towards future purchases.

Q: Where can I see how many points I am being rewarded for an order?

A: The number of reward points available to collect for each product can be found on product listings! After placing your order, you will be able to see the collective number of points you were awarded for that order under the “My rewards account” section of your account dashboard. You will be able to redeem points into vouchers from this section too.

Q: Do I need to create an account to get loyalty points?

A: Yes - one of the benefits of registering an account with us is that we reward you with points. We automatically give you loyalty points for every purchase you make and add these to your account after your order has been shipped. Make sure you are logged in to your account when you place your order, so our system knows to reward you with the points! Please note that if you check out as a guest then your order is not eligible for reward points. Even if you create an account later with the same email address we are unable to add points from guest orders to your account. 

Q: How do I use my loyalty points to buy something?

A: If you’ve shopped with us a few times, and you’ve built up loyalty points on your account - well done you! To use these points and save money on your next purchase, all you have to do is log into your account before you place your next order, and create your voucher. You do this via your account dashboard, under the “My rewards account” section. Then you can put the voucher towards your next purchase when you reach the check-out stage.

Q: I would like to cancel my order, will I be able to keep the rewarded loyalty points?

A: Unfortunately, you will not be able to keep points awarded for an order if you decide to cancel that order. This is because loyalty points are rewarded once an order has been shipped.

Q: Can I put loyalty points toward shipping costs?

A: Unfortunately, loyalty points and vouchers cannot be used to pay for shipping costs.

Q: Can I still get loyalty points for items in my cart, if a promotion ends, and I didn’t place my order?

A: Unfortunately, you cannot be rewarded for items in your cart. If you have not placed an order within the promotional period, you will not qualify. To benefit from loyalty point promotions, you must place an order during the promotional period. Make sure to read the full promotion terms and conditions!

Q: I placed an order during a promotion, but I would like to cancel it. Will I still receive points

A: Unfortunately, you will not be able to keep points awarded for an order if you decide to cancel that order. This is because loyalty points are rewarded once an order has been shipped. Orders canceled will not be considered, and will not add to your balance.

Q: I’ve ordered an item during the promotion but it wasn’t in stock. Will I still be rewarded the points for this order?

A: Yes - If you have placed your order during a loyalty points promotion, you will still get the points for your purchases. However, these points will not be added to your account until after your order has been shipped.

Q: I’ve noticed I haven’t received points for one of my orders. How can I fix this?

A: Get in touch with our support team - be sure to have your order number ready. Our team will need you to confirm your order number, email address, and your postcode.

Please note that only new orders, placed during a loyalty points promotion can benefit from the increase in loyalty points awarded. If you contact our team about an order placed before the promotional period, you will not benefit from the increase in loyalty points.

Q: How do I get points added to my account for previous orders?

A: Points for orders that have been shipped will automatically be added to your account. If you have noticed that you haven’t received points for one of your shipped orders, please contact our support team. You will need to confirm your order number, email address, and postcode.

Please note that only new orders, placed during a loyalty points promotion can benefit from the increase in loyalty points awarded... Unfortunately, orders made before the start date of a loyalty points promotion will not be eligible and will not benefit from the increase in loyalty points.
