Last Updated: 30 September 2025
Our Commitment
We are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to achieve this.
Conformance Status
Our goal is to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and to ensure ongoing compliance with the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD), which was ratified into UK law in May 2008, along with the Equality Act 2010. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities.
We acknowledge that not all areas of our website currently meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards. We are actively working to identify and resolve these issues and are committed to bringing all content up to the required level of accessibility.
We are committed to ensuring appropriate measures are taken to ensure persons with disabilities can access, on an equal basis with others, information and communications including information and communications technologies and systems. We continue to promote:
- Access for persons with disabilities, on an equal basis with others, to information and communication technologies, including the internet; and
- The design, development, production and distribution of accessible information and communications technologies and systems at an early stage, so that these technologies and systems become accessible at minimum cost.
Measures We’re Taking
To improve accessibility, we have taken the following measures and provide the following accessible alternatives:
- Conducted an initial accessibility audit to identify areas for improvement.
- Established an accessibility roadmap to implement future enhancements.
- Trained our development and content teams on accessibility best practices.
- Committed to regular testing with assistive technologies.
- As a website service provider we have made and continue to make reasonable adjustments to ensure our website can accommodate all users, including the disabled.
