Dwarfen Mountain Holds: Dwarf Ironbreakers / Irondrakes

A Dwarf throng is a fearsome sight to behold, their ranks gleaming with shields and banners proclaiming clan, guild, and God. These stout-hearted infantrymen, clad in steel, are supported by massive engines of war unmatched in their destructive power. While Dwarfs shun magic, they are masters of runes, binding eldritch forces into weapons and armour of extraordinary potency. With grim determination, they enter battle, seeking only victory or death.

Karaz Ankor is a large labyrinthian underground kingdom consisting of giant vaults, holds, and endless tunnels of the underway, which only the Dwarfs and their natural enemies understand. Deep within the dark tunnels are the Ironbreakers, staunch defenders of their kingdom they wear Gromril armour to better protect themselves from the unspeakable horrors of the dark tunnels.

Fighting alongside the Ironbreakers are the Irondrakes, similar to their comrades; they wear Gromril armour to protect them from surprise collapses of tunnels to ambushes. Irondrakes, however, inscribe runes to their armour to best protect themselves from their devastating weapons, the Drakeguns. Spewing alchemical fire capable of punching holes through the flesh of their enemies.
