Firstborns

Is there a better room-clearing unit in all of Dropzone Commander? Alright, maybe Eviscerators, but these are a close second! Great at dealing with both heavily and lightly armoured infantry, the Firstborns excel at the close-quarters battle. With duel Wave Pistols and Energy swords, they can deal out a lot of damage.

However, they can also take a beating. While there are only 3 to a base, Armour 9 and a 4+ Dodge means that most infantry will struggle to damage them in the first place, even before their saving throw. Their Warsuits also have inbuilt Active countermeasures meaning they can safely be out in the open against anti-infantry fire, and also allow them to re-roll Collateral Damage hits, meaning they're going to survive a long time.
