Napoleonic Belgian Line Infantry - March Attack
£23.60£29.50
Not your currency? The Dutch and Belgian contingents of the Waterloo campaign formed a third of the allied army, making the regiments vital to Wellington's success. The Iron Duke was uncertain of their fighting qualities at first as many of the soldiers in the regiments had been serving in La Grand Armee under the Corsican ogre, Bonaparte, just a year or so before! Wellington need not have feared as the Dutch and Belgian infantry broadly held firm despite massive attacks from the French columns, including repulsing an Old Guard attack at the end of a long and bloody day.
