Astra Militarum: Officio Prefectus Commissar

The Commissars, the hard bitten warriors who help maintain discipline and morale for the ordinary men of the Astra Militarum facing the myriad horrors of the galaxy. Such is the conviction of the Commissars that they will never shirk, no matter the duty.

Seen as black coated killers by the guardsmen, Commissars are in fact among the most heroic of all men. Any infraction, from miss treated wargear to deserting a post, brings with it a stern censure. Failing to obey orders or fleeing from the enemy will bring a sentence of death, a punishment meted out by the Commissar. The Commissar alone can be relied upon to hold their ground no matter the odds, and to stand firm in the face of the enemy.

Overall an imposing figure on the battlefield with his weather beaten face, bionic arm, trench coat and peaked cap, striking fear and determination in to the hearts of Imperial Guardsmen everywhere.

This blister pack contains one plastic miniature of the Officio Prefectus Commissar and a choice of a bolt pistol or plasma pistol weapon.
