The first dedicated Anti-tank Gun used by the United States Army, the 37mm Anti-Tank Gun quickly earned favour with American Infantry - with guns being towed to battle by Jeeps. Throughout the early years of the Second World War, it was more than capable of dealing with German vehicles - and it remained in service in the Pacific to the end of the war.
